Resi Ventures celebrated the settlements of Stages 1-3 at Accolade with a street party on 16 November.
With the estate’s streets named after major international cricketers it was only fitting that Australian Test superstar Glenn McGrath was on hand for the event.
McGrath, who has a street named after him, signed mini cricket bats and bowled to some lucky people as part of the event.
He also cut the ribbon on Nash Boulevard with Noelene Nash, daughter of the bodyline cricketer Laurie Nash, to signal that construction of the first homes can commence.
Purchasers who settled their land received their Telstra Smart Home Kit, a gift hamper from the developers Resi Ventures and their landscaping voucher to claim their garden.
These $12,000 packages are available to everyone who buys a lot at Accolade and were a major hit with buyers who nominated them as a key reason for purchasing at the estate.
